By accessing the website areteon.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aretéon LLC ("Aretéon," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

Aretéon provides AI strategy consulting services. The Site provides general information about our services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or contractual commitment to provide services. All consulting engagements are subject to separate written agreements between Aretéon and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the MADDOX™ name and methodology, images, and design — is the property of Aretéon LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

The MADDOX method and associated materials are proprietary to Aretéon LLC.
